Richard Guiton

• Richard Guiton is the middle of 3 children born to Jacqualyne and Oscar Guiton. He attended St. Elizabeth High School in Oakland, California where his love for acting was born. He attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga, and co-starred in an NBC movie of the week: A Family Torn Apart Richard went on to Hollywood where he immediately landed a national Pizza Hut commercial. Followed by Sunny Delight, Mervyn's, Taco Bell (with Shaquille O'Neal), Starburst, and more!
• Richard burst onto the national scene playing Tia Mowry's recurring boyfriend in the hit TV series: Sister, Sister. While simultaneously co-starring in an Columbia Pictures feature film: The Baby-Sister Club.
• This is where Richard's love for motion pictures exploded. He went on to co-star on other Warner Bro's TV shows like the: Parent Hood and The Steve Harvey Show BUT, it was in the summer of '97, working as a volunteer basketball coach that changed his life. RICH, as young people across America refer to him, began asking young kids what they would like to see in their movies? What came out was an award winning script entitled, "All Eyes On Me," and RICH was convinced that a 'new-media' was born -- engaging young people as to what they want in their entertainment thereby increasing the liklihood of a tremendous opening weekend.
• RICH is the creative visionary behind Platinum Lounge. One of the fastest growing entertainment 'new media' sites on the planet. RICH is very much "in synch" with current demands for Pop Culture, specifically in the area of entertainment. His creativity and passion was shaped in part by walking away from a successful TV/Film career to use his "eye for what the customer wants" to bring compelling entertainment for Pop Culture to enjoy.

Gary LaFever

• Founder, VirtualCXO (http://www.virtualcxo.net/): assisting select entertainment and technology companies establish strategies and manage operations to achieve objectives.
• Co-President, Colorado Internet Keiretsu (CIK): a networking alliance of Founders and Chief Executive Officers of Colorado-based Internet companies.
• President & Chief Executive Officer, Antirion, Inc.: took company servicing Ticketmaster wireless entertainment needs to 'the next level.'
• President & Chief Executive Officer, Internet2Anywhere: Israeli-based provider of revolutionary patent-pending technology that extended the Internet to anywhere.
• Chief Operating Officer, CNNfn website subsidiary WomenCONNECT.com: oversaw strategy behind development of user generated content via blogging and user managed websites; structured strategic relationships with America Online, IBM, CNN, GE Financial, USA Today, Lycos, CompuServe and Working Woman / Working Mother magazines.
• Partner in leading international law firm of Hogan & Hartson LLP: advised clients on developing, marketing and distributing entertainment and web-related content and attaining corporate and financial growth objectives.

Steve Beck

• One of seven founding members at Colorado-based Crocs, Inc. (Nasdaq: CROX). Steve has been a critical member of the team that dramatically extended the Crocs “footprint” resulting in revenues growth from $24,000 in 2002 to nearly $355 million in 2006. His responsibilities at Crocs showcase his willingness and aptitude to learn new things and to do whatever is necessary to "get the job done" in an entrepreneurial environment – everything from assembling shoes in the early days to sales and marketing, as well as planning, implementation and management of shipping, warehousing, purchasing and logistics necessary to support Crocs unprecedented growth. Steve’s current position is “Chief Firefighter” for issues related to warehousing and shipping from numerous manufacturing and distribution sites.

• One of Steve’s passions is football. Steve played college ball at the University of Colorado and professional ball with the Bergamo Lions Football Club in Bergamo Italy where he was instrumental in helping the team achieve the best record in the Italian Championships for five consecutive seasons. Bobby Phillips

• Director of Technology, Backfence.com – the leader in the new phenomenon of “citizens’ journalism” where audiences decide what’s important and write about it. Bobby has extensive experience in developing a wide variety of web-based applications for managing content, membership systems and forum discussions and is a specialist in Cold Fusion, HTML, Flash and other programming languages.

• Experienced web developer who led his own company, Cilarus, in developing sophisticated online content management systems.
• Bobby also held positions with America Online, WomenCONNECT.com and Landmark Systems and is a U.S. Air National Guard veteran.
